Daily gratuities will be charged to your onboard account at $16 per person per day.
Reservation Number
Each stateroom is assigned a reservation to make a variety of bookings that include: Shore Excursions, Specialty Dining, Shows, Spa Services, and WiFi packages. You can do this directly on the Royal Caribbean website. Your reservation number is included in the body of your confirmation email.
Registration & Onboard Expense Account
Royal Caribbean requires all passengers to complete their own registration and health questionnaire.
The best way to begin the check-in registration process is by downloading the Royal Caribbean App and create an account if you do not already have one. Then link your sailing (the reservation number is in the confirmation email). Here you will fill in your personal information, upload a picture, upload your passport, add your credit card for onboard purchases also known as your Onboard Expense Account, accept the Cruise Ticket Contract and Health Acknowledgement 24 hours prior to your departure.
The second way to complete your check-in is to go to RoyalCaribbean.com, select SIGN IN, create an account if you do not already have one. If your reservation does not automatically appear your will have to click on LINK MISSING RESERVATION. Complete all of the steps then print your SetSail Pass.
IMPORTANT: Royal Caribbean will notify you when to begin your check-in. As soon as you can complete the entire check-in and select your pier arrival time of 2:00 pm or 2:30 pm.
Once in the cruise terminal or on the ship you can complete the first part of your safety briefing. The second part of your safety briefing will be completed once you stop by your assigned assembly station and check in with a cruise employee.
An Onboard Expense Account is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. The account may be set-up ahead of time with either a credit card. To expedite your experience at the pier and on the ship preregister your credit card through Royal Caribbean's App or online.
There is no need to print out your SetSail if using the APP, present the APP at the pier. Print out one or two Luggage Tags per person. Attach your luggage tags to your luggage before heading to the pier.
Airfare & Motor Coach Transfers
April 29, departs Luis Munoz Marin International airport (SJU) at 8:20 pm and arrives at 10:25 am in Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD).
April 30, departs Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) at 11:30 am and arrives at 12:50 pm at the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona Airport (BCN).
Roundtrip motor coach transfers be Royal Caribbean have been arranged from BCN to the pier. Once you go through customs and collect your luggage Royal Caribbean Representatives will direct you to the motor coach loading area.
Departure information will be sent to you stateroom on day 5 or 6.
May 7, departs BCN at 1:30 pm and arrives in MAD at 2:55 pm.

Iberia allows up to one checked luggage, maximum of 50 pounds. You may bring one carry-on, maximum of 22 pounds and one personal item. Additional luggage will be at your expense.
Dining Arrangements
The entire VIP group is scheduled to dine together each evening in the main dining room at 8:30 pm. Time is subject to change.

Onboard Casino Policies
Policies for casino at sea differ from those that you may be familiar with so we have prepared some information that may prove helpful.
Travelers Checks
There is a $900 daily limit of travelers checks that can be cashed at Guest Services.
ATM
All ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet have ATM machines. There is a transaction fee plus any other fees your financial institution would charge. The ATM machines tends to run out of money when casino groups are sailing. Do not count on the ATM being available.
Credit Card Advances
You can use your Onboard Expense Account with a credit card to withdraw $5,000 USD per day, per guest. Credit card advance fee has been waived for the casino group. This withdrawal will show as an Entertainment Charge, not a cash withdrawal. Bank fees are subject to change without notice.
Cash
You may bring cash onboard. Be advised that carrying large amounts of cash while traveling is not recommended.
Credit Lines
A credit line from Royal Caribbean are at a minimum of $5,000 USD with no maximum amount. Credit will not be issued onboard during the sailing. To apply for a line of credit click on the link below. Credit applications must be submitted to Royal Caribbean at least two weeks prior to sailing. Credit will be issued to passengers with an active verifiable land-base line of credit. Credit will not be issued if you have never had a line of credit.
Earn Free Play or Onboard Credit by using your SeaPass card at the machine or present your card to the dealer.

VIDEO POKER POINTS $10 coin in = 1 point
TABLE GAMES - BLACKJACK $10 average bet for one hour = 10 points
Travel Documents
Passport Requirements
A valid Passport is required to all international travel.
It is the sole responsibility of the guest to identify and obtain all required travel documents for all ports.
Cruise lines have a zero tolerance policy regarding missing or unacceptable citizenship documents. Your boarding may be denied if you fail to provide proper documentation and you will not receive any compensation.
Royal Caribbean strongly recommends that passports are valid for at least six months beyond the end of the cruise.
