Each stateroom is assigned a reservation to make a variety of bookings that include: Shore Excursions, Specialty Dining, Shows, Spa Services, and WiFi packages. You can do this directly on the Royal Caribbean website. Your reservation number is included the your confirmation email.
Onboard Expense Account
An Onboard Expense Account is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. The account may be set-up ahead of time with either a credit card. To expedite your experience at the pier and on the ship preregister your credit card online. Players Travel will set the account up as a cash account if a credit card is not preregistered by January 15, 2020. This option can be changed when checking in at the pier.
Steps to Preregister your Credit Card:
Go to Royal Caribbean's Website
Select the Menu
Select Already Booked
Add your last name, reservation number, date of departure, and ship name, then click submit.
Click on Onboard Expense Account located under Step 2, then follow the prompts.
There is no need to print out your SetSail or Luggage Tags. Players Travel will do this and they will be provided to you during Document Distribution.
Airfare - Southwest Airlines
February 2, departs Chicago Midway (MDW) at 7:15 am and arrives in Orlando (MCO) at 10:55 am
February 9, departs Orlando (MCO) at 12:35 pm and arrives in Chicago Midway (MDW) at 2:25 pm
Southwest airlines allows two checked bags per person, under 50 pounds, one carry-on and one personal item.
The entire VIP group is scheduled to dine together each evening at 7:45 pm. If you have any special dining requests, submit them to Players Travel.

Onboard Casino Policies
Policies for casino at sea differ from those that you may be familiar with so we have prepared some information that may prove helpful.
There is a $900 daily limit of travelers checks that can be cashed at Guest Services.
All ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet have ATM machines. There is a transaction fee plus any other fees your financial institution would charge. The ATM machines tends to run out of money when casino groups are sailing. Do not count on the ATM being available.
Credit Card Advances
You can use your Onboard Expense Account with a credit card to withdraw $5,000 USD per day, per guest. Credit card advance fee has been waived for the casino group. This withdrawal will show as an Entertainment Charge, not a cash withdrawal. Bank fees are subject to change without notice.
You may bring cash onboard. Be advised that carrying large amounts of cash while traveling is not recommended.
A credit line from Royal Caribbean are at a minimum of $5,000 USD with no maximum amount. Credit will not be issued onboard during the sailing. To apply for a line of credit click on the link below. Credit applications must be submitted to Royal Caribbean at least two weeks prior to sailing. Credit will be issued to passengers with an active verifiable land-base line of credit. Credit will not be issued if you have never had a line of credit.
United States Citizens may use a passport (valid for 6 months after your cruise) or birth certificates (hospital birth certificates are not acceptable) with a government issued photo identification.
United State Permanent Residents may use an Alien Registration card.
Non-United States Citizens will need a valid passport and in some cases a VISA.
Non-United States Citizens living in the United States may use a valid passport and Alien Registration card.
Cruise lines have a zero tolerance policy regarding missing or unacceptable citizenship documents. Your boarding my be denied if you fail to provide proper documentation and you will not receive any compensation.
If your name has changed since your documentation has been issues (marriage/divorce), it is required that your update the documents with the new name or provide an official supporting document (state or county marriage license, divorce decree or legal name change document) of the name change. All documents must be in the original or notarized copy. If you are using an identification (drivers license) and a citizenship document (birth certificate), then both documents must match the name on your reservation or it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding.

Ensure names on cruise documents are exactly as they appear on your proof of citizenship.
