Document Distribution

Your trip includes

A stateroom for two, round trip group airfare, round trip motor coach transportation, port fees & taxes, gratuities, free drinks in the casino, and exclusive private group events. 

Reservation Number

Each stateroom is assigned a reservation number to make a variety of bookings that include: Shore Excursions, Specialty Dining, Shows, Spa Services, and WiFi packages. You can do this directly on the Royal Caribbean website. Your reservation number is included the your confirmation email.

Registration & Onboard Expense Account

Royal Caribbean requires all passengers to complete their own check-in / registration and health questionnaire. 

The best way to begin the registration process is by visiting Royal Caribbean's website. Click on SIGN IN. Create an account if you do not already have one. If your reservation does not automatically appear click on LINK MISSING RESERVATION. Complete all of the steps then print your SetSail Pass.

The second way to complete the check in process is by downloading the Royal Caribbean App and create an account if you do not already have one. Then link your sailing (the reservation number is in the confirmation email). Here you will fill in your personal information, upload a picture, upload your passport, add your credit card for onboard purchases also known as your Onboard Expense Account, accept the Cruise Ticket Contract and Health Acknowledgement 24 hours prior to your departure. 

IMPORTANT: Royal Caribbean will email you when to begin your check-in / registration. As soon as you can please complete the entire registration and select your pier arrival time of 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm. 

There is no need to print out your SetSail if using the App, present the App at the pier. Players Travel will print out one Luggage Tag per person and will be provided to you along with important travel details on January 27, 2024 at the document distribution event.

An Onboard Expense Account is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. The account is set-up during the check-in process with a credit or debit card. 

Once in the cruise terminal or on the ship you can complete the first part of your safety briefing. The second part of your safety briefing will be completed once you stop by your assigned assembly station and check in with a cruise employee.

Airfare - Delta Airlines & Motor Coach Transfers

January 28, departs Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) at 8:17 am and arrives in Orlando (MCO) at 11:20 am

February 4, departs Orlando (MCO) at 2:20 pm and arrives in Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) at 5:0 pm

FireKeepers has prepaid one piece of luggage per person under 50 pounds. You may bring one carry-on and one personal item. Additional luggage will be at your expense.

There are no deviations to the flight with group travel.

Roundtrip motor coach transportation has been arranged from FireKeepers casino to DTW and from MCO to Port Canaveral.

Dining Arrangements

The entire VIP group is scheduled to dine together each evening at 7:45 pm in the main dining room.

Onboard Casino Policies

Policies for casino at sea differ from those that you may be familiar with so we have prepared some information that may prove helpful.

Travelers Checks

There is a $900 daily limit of travelers checks that can be cashed at Guest Services.

ATM

All ships in the Royal Caribbean fleet have ATM machines. There is a transaction fee plus any other fees your financial institution would charge. The ATM machines tends to run out of money when casino groups are sailing. Do not count on the ATM being available.

Credit Card Advances

You can use your Onboard Expense Account with a credit card to withdraw $5,000 USD per day, per guest.  Credit card advance fee has been waived for the casino group. This withdrawal will show as an Entertainment Charge, not a cash withdrawal. Bank fees are subject to change without notice.

Cash

You may bring cash onboard. Be advised that carrying large amounts of cash while traveling is not recommended.

Credit Lines

A credit line from Royal Caribbean are at a minimum of $5,000 USD with no maximum amount. Credit will not be issued onboard during the sailing. To apply for a line of credit click on the link below. Credit applications must be submitted to Royal Caribbean at least two weeks prior to sailing. Credit will be issued to passengers with an active verifiable land-base line of credit. Credit will not be issued if you have never had a line of credit.

Earn Free Play or Onboard Credit by using your SeaPass card at the machine or present your card to the dealer.

SLOT POINTS $5 coin in = 1 point

VIDEO POKER POINTS $10 coin in = 1 point

TABLE GAMES - BLACKJACK $10 average bet for one hour = 10 points

Travel Documents

  • United States Citizens may use a passport (valid for 6 months after your cruise) or birth certificates (hospital birth certificates are not acceptable) with a government issued photo identification.

  • United State Permanent Residents may use an Alien Registration card.

  • Non-United States Citizens will need a valid passport and in some cases a VISA.

  • Non-United States Citizens living in the United States may use a valid passport and Alien Registration card.

Cruise lines have a zero tolerance policy regarding missing or unacceptable citizenship documents. Your boarding might be denied if you fail to provide proper documentation and you will not receive any compensation.

If your name has changed since your documentation has been issued (marriage/divorce), it is required that you update the documents with the new name or provide an official supporting document (state or county marriage license, divorce decree or legal name change document) of the name change. All documents must be in the original or notarized copy. If you are using an identification (drivers license) and a citizenship document (birth certificate), then both documents must match the name on your reservation or it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding.

Players Travel recommends traveling with a valid passport.
